Mr. Michael Tyson is the Board Chairman of McOttley Money Lending Limited and also the Group Head, Finance at Enterprise Group. Before joining McOttley Money Lending Limited, he was the Financial Controller for Unilever West Africa where he was responsible for financial transactional systems for Unilever Ghana and French West Africa. He was a key member of the company’s Home Care Business Team responsible for the development and implementation of brand strategies. Among other roles, Michael was also in charge of investor relations for Unilever West Africa.
Captain (Rtd) Budu Koomson is a board member of McOttley Money Lending Limited and an accomplished business executive with diverse experience and competencies both in Africa and Europe. Captain (Rtd) Budu Koomson is currently the Founder and CEO of Nexus Consulting Limited, a company which provides Financial Advisory and Training (especially to NBFIs and SMEs), Management and Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching, Strategy and Country Risk Analysis.
Captain (Rtd) is a fellow of IMANI Center for Policy and Education, an internationally acclaimed Think-tank in Ghana.
Richard Kokoih is a trained Chemical Engineer from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in Ghana with an MBA in Financial Management from The University of Hull in the United Kingdom. He also has a certificate in Certified Financial Management (CFM) from the Institute of Management Accounts, USA.
He has over 10 years of Corporate Banking experience in Ghana and abroad. Until recently, he worked with the Corporate and Investment Banking Unit at Standard Bank Group in Johannesburg, South Africa as a Regional Transactions Banker responsible for the Oil & Gas industry in the TPS space across 17 markets in Africa.
Richard Dugan is an expert in investment banking with over six years experience having successfully founded a thriving investment bank McOttley Capital which is currently adjudged Ghana’s Best Growing Investment Bank. He is the Group President of McOttley Holdings, the umbrella company of McOttley Capital Limited, McOttley Money lending, McOttley Properties Limited and Axis Logistics and Commodities. McOttley focuses on areas of investment banking, credit to small and medium scale enterprises, real estate and property management services.
Major Stephen Antwi-Boateng (Rtd) has been a board member of McOttley Money Lending Limited since June 2013. He has rich and in-depth experience in debt recovery and security intelligence in Ghana and Nigeria. Major Stephen retired in January 2014 as the managing director of UT Collections; a debt recovery and Intelligence Company and a subsidiary of the UT group. Currently, he is a board member of UT Logistics.
At UT Collections, he was responsible for providing strategic directions for the company, managing the operational activities, training and development, performance of duty and the day-to-day running of the company.
